Advocate Tatum E. Jardien
Trust Account Practice · Corporate, Regulatory & Fiduciary Law

I am a legal professional with over thirteen years' post-admission experience, operating a trust account practice and specialising in corporate, regulatory and fiduciary law. My career began in litigation and evolved into in-house legal counsel work, where I developed a strong appreciation for practical, solution-driven legal advice.
I work closely with businesses, professionals and families to provide clear, strategic guidance that protects interests while supporting long-term stability and growth. My corporate work focuses on compliance, governance and commercial agreements, with particular experience in the recruitment and staffing sector.
Alongside corporate advisory work, I manage estate planning and the administration of deceased estates from start to finish guiding clients through the process with transparency, care and attention to detail.
I am also passionate about legal education and professional development. I have facilitated estate-planning workshops, delivered compliance training, and most recently lectured on regulation, compliance and ethics for the CAPES WITS Employment Services Business Management Programme.
As Co-Owner and Head of Legal at SPECD, I bring a deep understanding of both the legal and operational realities faced by modern businesses. At the heart of my practice is a commitment to integrity, clarity and trusted legal support.
